1. Product & Pricing
Product: Florixa Hair Oil (exact specifications as displayed).
Price: 1,900 PKR (inclusive of all applicable taxes).
Delivery Fee: Flat 200 PKR nationwide via POST EX.
Total Payable: 2,100 PKR (COD only).
2. Order Process
Orders are binding upon confirmation SMS/email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., stock unavailability) with notification.
3. Delivery (POST EX)
Timeline: 3-7 business days (major cities); remote areas may take longer.
COD Handling: Full payment (2,100 PKR) is collected by POST EX upon delivery.
Risk Transfer: Ownership & risk passes to you upon handover to POST EX.
Delays/Failure: Not liable for delays due to logistics, weather, customs, or incorrect address.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate delivery address & active contact number.
Inspect packaging at delivery; refuse if visibly damaged.
5. Liability Limitation
Maximum liability = product price (1,900 PKR).
Not liable for:
Allergies, misuse, or results from hair oil usage.
POST EX actions (delays, cash handling, lost packages).
Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

Clear photos/video of issue.
If approved, we arrange POST EX pickup (free of charge).
Do not return without approval – unapproved returns won’t be processed.
3. Refunds
Full Refund: 1,900 PKR via bank transfer within 14 days of return receipt.
*Delivery fee (200 PKR) is non-refundable.*
No cash refunds (refunds only to bank account).
