1. Eligibility (7 Days from Delivery)

• ✅ Accepted:

  • Damaged/leaking packaging (photo proof required).

  • Incorrect product delivered.

• ❌ Not Accepted:

  • Opened, used, or seal-broken products.

  • Change of mind.

2. Process

1. Email contact@florixa.shop within 7 days with:

   • Order number.

   • Clear photos/video of issue.

2. If approved, we arrange POST EX pickup (free of charge).

3. Do not return without approval – unapproved returns won’t be processed.

3. Refunds

• Full Refund: 1,900 PKR via bank transfer within 14 days of return receipt.

• *Delivery fee (200 PKR) is non-refundable.*

• No cash refunds (refunds only to bank account).

4. Replacement

• Only if same product is available & return meets criteria above.
